At Love Recruitment, we partner with some of the most exciting and forward-thinking fitness and wellbeing brands in the UK and this one is genuinely different.
We’re supporting the launch of a brand-new studio concept in Surrey and are looking for a Fitness Manager to bring it to life. If you’ve got the energy, ambition, and the vision to lead from the front in a hands-on role, this is your moment.
Role
As Fitness Manager, you’ll take the lead at our first UK flagship site, a pioneering concept that blends fitness, recovery, and personalised wellbeing. You’ll drive the pre-opening membership campaign, lead the team, and deliver innovative programmes that support movement, mindset, recovery, nutrition, and connection.
This isn’t your standard gym. Their offering includes eGym circuits, cryotherapy, infrared saunas, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and compression, all underpinned by a commitment to longevity and holistic health.
You’ll bring strong leadership, commercial focus, and a deep understanding of health behaviour change. With ambitious UK growth plans in place, this role has clear progression opportunities into a central leadership role for the right person.

- Ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations and promote best practices.
