Position: Team Leader (Duty Manager)
Facilities: Inside & outside athletics tracks and halls , Gyms & Studio
Location: David Weir Leisure Centre, home to Sutton United's training facility and current world champions Unity Allstars Cheerleading.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of assistants in customer service, sales, gym, cleaning, set up's and reception.
- Operations Management: Ensure daily health and safety checks, manage opening and closing procedures, and maintain cleanliness.
- Set-Up and Event Coordination: Organise equipment setups for classes and events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to enhance member satisfaction and promote active lifestyles.
- Staff Development: Train new team members and support their growth within the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within leisure or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills for effective team and member interaction.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
