Team Leader role will require a mixture of Lifeguard responsibilities, Operational responsibilities as well as Duty Manager covering responsibilities. As the Senior lifeguard there will be expectation to lead by example and be knowledgeable in all activity areas including events.
There will be a requirement to complete Duty Manager shifts on average at 1-2 times per week which will involve leading a large team of colleagues across all areas of the business and being involved in Events setup and delivery.
A valid NPLQ is required. If this is not in place, a Swim Test will be required prior to any offer
