JOB PURPOSE
We're looking for a Swim Program Manager to lead and manage a dynamic team of internal and freelance swim instructors to deliver an industry-leading swim programme.
You will ensure the highest quality of instruction while maximising member experience, driving repeat participation, and enhancing overall customer lifetime value.
We’re open 7 days a week and you’ll be required to work shifts that include both early and late working patterns and these shifts will be on weekdays and some weekends throughout the course of the month.
What does the role involve?
· A key responsibility will be overseeing children's swimming lessons, ensuring their occupancy rates are optimised.
· A visible leader that consistently embodies the company’s core values in your behaviour and actions, setting a strong example for the team and fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
· Develop a culture of high engagement, performance and growth by applying the principles of our leadership and coaching philosophy
· Take full accountability for creating and sustaining a welcoming, professional, and brand-aligned swim programme environment. This includes ensuring that the physical space and cultural atmosphere reflect the company’s values, while maintaining a strong appeal to clients and customers.
· Take ownership of the swim performance by setting ambitious targets and ensuring they are consistently met.
· Regularly monitor key metrics and implement strategies to enhance performance.
· Personally lead initiatives to drive new customers into our swim programme through proactive activities, setting the pace for the team and fostering a results-driven environment.
· Collaborate effectively with internal and freelance to ensure flawless event execution.
· Take charge of planning and managing swim timetables, and ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
· Delegate effectively to your team to achieve seamless coordination while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
· Prioritise delivering exceptional customer experiences by focusing on outstanding service and operational efficiency.
· Drive high levels of client satisfaction by ensuring the highest level of swim delivery from the start to the end of the customer journey, ensuring that processes run smoothly to meet or exceed expectations.

· Level 2 Swimming Teacher (essential- or equivalent experience) with experience of delivering 1:1 and group swimming lessons (child/adult) and Level 3 Swim Co-ordinator (desirable)
