The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team, this is a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). Based in our Manchester office, you’ll play a key role in supporting HR operations across multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of recruitment for all Support Office roles across all departments.
- Build strong relationships with department leads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic sourcing support.
- Write compelling job adverts tailored to our brand tone and target audience.
- Screen candidates and manage pipelines efficiently via our ATS Workable.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collation, and offer processes.
- Provide data and insight to help stakeholders make informed hiring decisions.
- Manage all administration of the function and any monthly reporting requirements.
- Lead ad-hoc initiatives and/or projects that require TA input from primary or supporting perspective.
- Provide additional support to the Personal Trainer recruitment process during peak periods or when additional help is needed.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent candidate experience across all roles.
- Support on administration and reporting for estate.
- Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally with exposure to both volume and specialist hiring.
- Experience in mentoring more junior team members.
- Confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a desire to continually improve.
- Experience working with an ATS (Workable or similar) and confidence using recruitment data.
- Passion for health, fitness, and high performance is a bonus but not required.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
The full-time role is 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with a minimum of 3 days based in our Manchester office (M2 7HA).
