Summary of the Role

As the Kids Club Manager at Jesse's House, you will lead the daily operations of the Kids Club and Creche, Fun Buddies, Kids Class both internal and external and party entertainers ensuring the delivery of high-quality classes, events, and activities for various age groups. Your role involves upholding the high standards of service, managing the budget, conducting regular staff training, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, you will work closely with the HQ Head of Content and Kids Content Producer to align the club's offerings with broader content strategies, enhancing the overall member experience.

Areas of Responsibility

· Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the Kids Content listed above, ensuring all activities meet Jesse's House's high standards.

· Programme Delivery: Execute a diverse weekly activities programme across the club as outlined by Head of Content.

· Budget Management: Manage the Kids content budget, ensuring effective use of resources and cost-efficient operations.

· Staff Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and ensure adherence to Jesse's House's standards.

· Event Coordination: Organise and oversee Kids Club parties and entertainment, creating memorable experiences for members.

· Workplace Culture: Cultivate a positive and engaging work environment, motivating staff and promoting team cohesion.

· Rota Management: Schedule staff rotas to maintain required staff-to-children ratios, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

· Safeguarding: Implement and oversee all safeguarding measures within the Kids Club, Kids classes and Kids parties, including DBS checks and adherence to safety protocols.

· Promotion and Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager and Marketing Manager to promote the Kids Club, Kids classes and Kids parties, aiming to grow and maintain membership.

· Relationship Building: Establish trust and confidence between members and the Kids Club team through regular interaction and feedback.

· Content Collaboration: Assist the HQ content team in the creative process of class planning and execution, aligning club activities with broader content strategies.

· Operational Safety: Conduct daily operational safety checks for opening and closing, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.

· Incident Management: Take responsibility for incident and accident reporting, maintaining detailed records and implementing corrective measures as needed.
