💰 £35,000 base + up to £6,000 performance-based bonus

We’re looking for a bold, driven and growth-focused leader to take over as General Manager at Snap Fitness Elephant & Castle — one of London’s most exciting fitness clubs.
In this role, you’ll have full accountability for the club’s performance, from sales and operations to team management, member engagement, and marketing. If you’re passionate about fitness, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to lead a club with real community impact — this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Hitting monthly sales and revenue targets
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, compliance and member experience
- Leading on local marketing initiatives and social media growth
- Managing and developing your team (FOH, instructors, cleaners)
- Growing the club’s member base and ensuring a strong retention culture
