Spa and Leisure Club Manager

Responsible to: General Manager

Responsible for: Operations and team working for the Spa & Leisure

COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOB

SPECIFIC TRAINING: (Certificates etc.) Pool Responder (wet sites) Pool plant qualification (wet sites)

SPECIFIC SKILLS: Administration, finances, communication, planning, CRM systems,

EXPERIENCE: At least two years’ experience working within a senior position

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all spa, fitness, pool and leisure facility operations

· Manage and train spa and leisure staff including therapists

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations

· Maintain accurate records of reservations, treatments and financial transactions

· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers partners and key clients

· Manage scheduling, inventory of supplies and coordination of treatments

· Implement and monitor SOP’s for all spa and leisure services

· Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance experience

· Develop and manage department budgets, revenue forecasts and financial targets

· Monitor KKPI’s such as occupancy, revenue per treatment, membership growth and retail performance

· Identify business opportunities to optimise profitability

· Act as Duty Manager during assigned shifts, overseeing all hotel operations

· Handle escalated guest complaints, emergencies and operational issues

· Maintain a professional presence and ensure guests satisfaction throughout shift
