What You’ll Be Doing

Leading exceptional Reformer and Mat Pilates classes, designed for all levels and focused on results, form, and fun.
Overseeing class programming and training across the team — ensuring consistency, creativity, and world-class quality.
Collaborating with management on exciting events, retreats, and workshops, representing the Truform brand across the UK and beyond.
Mentoring junior instructors, supporting their growth and contributing to a thriving team culture.
Keeping the studio inspiring, safe, clean, and Instagram-worthy — always.
Creating real connections with our vibrant Truform community.

What We’re Looking For

Certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates (Body Control, BASI, STOTT, Polestar, or similar).
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience (bonus points for leadership or team management!).
A confident, positive leader with exceptional communication skills.
Deep passion for Pilates, client transformation, and team collaboration.
Proactive, reliable, organised — and seriously energetic.
