Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Soft Play Supervisor to join our team at Everyone Active in. In this role, you will oversee the operation of our soft play facilities, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and families. Your contribution will support our mission to promote active lifestyles and community health.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the soft play area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent guest services to children and their families.
- Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting any repairs or issues.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures consistently.
- Promote a welcoming environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with management to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven management experience in leisure or hospitality settings.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to children’s play areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for promoting active lifestyles.
- Previous experience supervising soft play or similar facilities is preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
