Daventry's role as a Team Leader based in is vital in guiding our team to deliver exceptional leisure services. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee daily centre activities ensuring high standards of service.
- Coordinate with management to implement programs that promote physical activity.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster a welcoming environment for visitors and members.
- Support community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
- Proven management and team leadership experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in supervising staff within a leisure or community setting is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- The role will primarily involve lifeguarding with set Operations Manager shifts on a weekly basis.
