The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach, referrals, and local marketing
- Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options
- Convert enquiries into memberships and consistently achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with new and existing members
- Support retention strategies and member engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
- Assist with social media, promotions, and community events
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (fitness industry experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
