Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team at Everyone Active. Based in Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centres and delivering exceptional service to our members. As a Duty Manager, you will play a key part in supporting our mission to promote healthy and active lifestyles.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre to ensure high standards of service and safety.
- Lead and supervise staff to foster a positive and productive environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient facility management.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote centre activities.
- Assist in staff training and development.
- Contribute to achieving financial targets through effective management.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within leisure, sports, or hospitality settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to leisure facilities.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role is preferred.
