We’re looking for a Recreation Assistant who will support the Ice Team in the operation and monitoring of the ice plant

- Lead and undertake a wide range of customer facing tasks including preparing and serving great food and drink for our customers and processing payments.
- Be focused on delivering excellent customer service standards and facility presentation

- Ensure the team deliver high levels of cleanliness , hygiene and housekeeping are maintained within the facility
What do you need?
- Ability to work on a shift basis to assist with daily opening/closing of the café /servery/kitchen.
- A flexible approach - this role includes working days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- To have an interest In, and Ideally some experience of working In a relevant role , most of all a willingness to learn about our food and drink operations
- Ideally a level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification
