Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital |Buckhurst Hill, Essex | Admin| Permanent 37.5 hrs| Monday to Sunday various shifts between 6:00am -14:00pm or 12: 30pm - 20:30pm

As a Receptionist at The Holly Hospital, you’ll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand.
As a Receptionist, you will:
- Help people feel comfortable when they visit each department
- Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships
- Answer the phone, deal with enquiries and book appointments
- Welcome patients in person, directing them to the appropriate changing or waiting rooms
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly
- Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions
