Due to company expansion, we are looking for a Regional Contract Sales Manager to Join our team.
Everyone Active is part of Sports and Leisure Management Ltd, the longest-established leisure contractor in the UK, dedicated to promoting physical activity and health since 1987. With over 220 leisure and cultural centres managed in partnership with local authorities, we strive to inspire everyone to engage in regular exercise.
Summary
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Everyone Active covering our multiple contracts across Warwick (3 sites plus 1 new site in build stage - ready in July), Stratford (5 sites) , Bromsgrove (1 site) & Solihull (2 sites). In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales initiatives across our leisure centres, ensuring that we meet our mission of encouraging community participation in physical activities. This position is essential for fostering relationships and expanding our reach within the community.
Responsibilities
- Drive fitness and swim lesson membership sales across multiple sites, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Lead, coach and support Contract Sales Managers and Consultants through regular in-person visits, team meetings, and 1:1 sessions
- Be a visible presence during key periods like closeout week, ensuring all leads are followed up and every opportunity maximised
- Champion the Everyone Active sales process, embedding high standards in You+ integration, price presentation, and objection handling
- Analyse performance using CRM and productivity data to shape activity plans and make tactical decisions
- Support recruitment and development of high-performing teams through coaching, shadowing, and performance management
- Inspire and energise teams to deliver with passion, integrity, and ambition
- Be willing to be on the ground with your team, hands on supporting the deliverables of KPIs and Sales
- Develop and implement Activity and Marketing Plans locally across your contracts
- Have an input within our leadership team on marketing opportunities and social media spending
Due to the close proximity of these contracts, we would expect you to be on the ground with your teams 4 days per week with 1 day work from home.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the leisure or fitness industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- A passion for promoting health and fitness within the community.
- Un-afraid to demonstrate real sales ability on the ground with our sales teams.
- A Full drivers licence and access to travel across our keys sites
