Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience) + performance-based bonus

We are now looking for adriven, hands-on Club Manager to take full ownership of our Southampton club and push it to the next level.

You will be responsible fordriving the overall performance of the club, with a strong focus onsales, standards, and retention.
This is ahands-on role — leading from the front, setting the tone, and holding the team accountable.
Drivemembership sales, revenue, and retention
Take full ownership ofclub performance and targets
Maintainexceptional standards across the gym floor and facilities
Lead, develop, and manage the team to high performance
Deliver astandout member experience
Executelocal marketing and outreach activity
Build relationships within thelocal community
Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance
Proven experience in asales-driven management role
Someone who takesownership and accountability

£30,000 – £35,000 base salary (Depending on experience)
