Summary
We are seeking a Recreation Assistant to join our team in the Mounts Baths Leisure Centre. Based at one of our vibrant leisure centres, this role is vital in delivering exceptional recreational services that align with our mission to promote active lifestyles and community well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities and programs.
- Provide excellent guest services to members and visitors.
- Support management in daily operations of the leisure centre.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities.
- Contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging environment for all users.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.
- Support promotional activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting health, fitness, and community engagement.
- Flexibility to adapt to various activities and schedules.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures within leisure facilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly demeanour.
