Bracknell Leisure Centre requires a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up all site bookings
- Liaising with local community groups and clubs to drive income
- Daily banking
- Managing debt
- Managing all invoice payments
- Working with all HODs in managing payroll and personnel
- Be experienced in customer service, being one the first points of contact, its’ key you can provide a professional service to all our customers face to face, over the phone and by email
- Raise purchase orders
- Work well towards targets set monthly, quarterly and annually
- Have an enthusiastic can do attitude and friendly personality
- Be self-motivated and committed with high standards of performance and communication skills along with excellent time/project management skills
You may be required to work days, evenings and weekends, although we envisage the role will be predominantly office hours. Full training will be given on the centre’s systems.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
