Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to deliver a friendly, professional front-of-house experience for all members and visitors, ensuring every interaction is efficient and welcoming. You will manage enquiries, control club access, promote products and services, and resolve queries at first point of contact. The role also supports smooth daily operations through stock control, administration, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and customer satisfaction, while contributing to overall team performance and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all members and prospects are welcomes to the club in a friendly and professional manner
- To deal with all member and business enquiries in a polite and friendly manner and action them accordingly
- To ensure that only paid members have use of Total Fitness facilities by monitoring that people using the Club are authorized to do so within the rights of their specific membership type
- To answer the telephone within 5 rings, in a friendly and professional manner, following the set procedure and to direct the call as efficiently as possible to the correct extension.
- To promote the sale of products and services on sale at Total Fitness and to assist members in purchasing what they require
- Monthly retail stock takes to be carried out and information passed on
- Ensure the necessary till reports are completed
- Ensure all deliveries are checked in against delivery notes and to ensure delivery information is passed on
- Maintain awareness of stock control and rotation and record movement and wastage of stock
- Solve any customer complaints and queries at first point of contact
- Health and Safety checks and regular inspections of the club to ensure cleanliness is to a high standard
- Support the whole team in achieving Net Promoter Score requirements through the delivery of your responsibilities to a high standard

Ideal Skills for the Role:
