The Role
As our Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will:
Deliver engaging, high-quality Reformer Pilates classes
Plan and manage the weekly class timetable
Coordinate and support our team of freelance instructors
Help oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
Contribute to and manage our social media presence
Ensure every client enjoys an exceptional studio experience
Play a key role in growing and developing the business
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor (essential)
Proven experience teaching Reformer classes
Strong organisational and communication skills
A natural leader who enjoys supporting and motivating others
Confidence with social media and community engagement
A genuine passion for Pilates and creating a welcoming environment
