Love Recruitment International is proud to be partnering with Merrithew, the global leader in mind-body education and Pilates equipment, to appoint a Field Sales Manager.
This is a newly created role focused on driving equipment sales, business development and strategic account growth across the US fitness club market.
This is not a desk-based sales role.
This is a high-energy, relationship-led field sales position.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales for the Americas, you will be responsible for driving sales growth throughin-person customer engagement, account development and new business acquisition.
You will work directly with fitness clubs, hospitality operators, rehabilitation clinics and education partners to deliver premium Pilates equipment solutions.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Regional sales performance and revenue growth
• Developing new fitness club and enterprise partnerships
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Delivering product demonstrations and presentations
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Expanding brand presence across the US market
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve regional sales targets across Merrithew and Align-Pilates equipment lines
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across equipment and education programs
• Build relationships with fitness clubs, hospitality operators and healthcare providers
• Attend trade shows, conferences and education events
• Track pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM systems
• Gather market insights to support product and commercial strategy
About You
You might currently be:
• A Field Sales Manager within fitness equipment or wellness products
• A Business Development Manager selling into fitness clubs or studios
• A high-performing commercial sales professional within the health and wellness sector
• Or a relationship-driven sales professional passionate about fitness and Pilates
You’ll likely bring:
• Strong sales experience within fitness, wellness or equipment sales
• Confidence managing the full sales cycle
• Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• A proactive, self-driven approach to field sales
• Ability to travel regularly within your territory
• Passion for health, fitness and the Pilates industry
