Senior commercial leadership role within a global premium fitness and wellness brand
Location: USA (Remote, travel across the Americas required)
Salary: $100,000 base salary
Bonus: Performance-related bonus

Love Recruitment International is proud to be partnering with Merrithew, the global leader in mind-body education and Pilates equipment, to appoint a Director of Sales – The Americas.
This is a newly created senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and strategic partnerships across North America, Latin America and South America.
This is not a traditional sales leadership role.
This is regional ownership across an entire market.
The Opportunity
You will lead the regional commercial strategy across The Americas, driving growth across multiple channels including fitness clubs, Pilates and yoga studios, hospitality, healthcare and strategic partners.
Working closely with executive leadership, you will shape market expansion while building and leading a high-performing regional sales team.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Regional revenue growth and market expansion
• Strategic account development and enterprise partnerships
• Sales strategy and performance delivery
• Leadership and development of the regional sales team
• Industry partnerships and brand presence
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product and education teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across The Americas
• Deliver revenue growth, forecasting accuracy and profitability targets
• Identify new markets, channels and expansion opportunities
• Manage and grow relationships with major fitness clubs, studio groups and enterprise partners
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team
• Establish scalable sales processes and performance KPIs
• Represent the brand at industry events, conferences and trade shows
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term commercial strategy
About You:
You might currently be:
• A Director of Sales or Regional Sales Director within fitness, wellness or equipment
• A senior commercial leader within the Pilates or boutique fitness space
• A strategic sales leader with experience managing enterprise fitness clients
• Or a high-performing commercial leader ready for regional leadership responsibility
You’ll likely bring:
• 8+ years of experience within the fitness or wellness industry
• Strong relationships with fitness clubs, studios or industry operators
• Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams
• Strategic commercial thinking and strong analytical capability
• Confidence operating at executive level
• Passion for fitness, wellness and performance
