We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to educate clients on proper techniques and movements. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that promote physical fitness, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your role will be crucial in helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Duties

Conduct Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience.
Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and movement patterns.
Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications to accommodate various fitness levels.
Assess clients' physical abilities and tailor sessions to meet their specific needs and goals.
Maintain a clean and organised studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client engagement and retention.
Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually enhance your teaching methods.

Qualifications

Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to movement and exercise.
Previous experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction is preferred.
Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognised organisation is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of fitness and wellness.
