We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Suite Sports Assistant to join our team at the Parkin Fitness Centre, part of the Loughborough Schools Foundation. This is a part‑time role where you’ll play an important part in supporting the daily operation of our fitness facilities and helping to create an inspiring environment for students and staff.
This is a hands-on position involving direct interaction with gym users, supervision of fitness activities, and maintaining high standards across the facility. You’ll provide excellent customer care, support PE staff in delivering activities, ensure safe and correct use of equipment, and help keep the fitness suite clean, safe, and welcoming. Applicants must hold, as a minimum, a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (REPs/CIMSPA recognised).
The Loughborough Schools Foundation is a charitable foundation of three independent schools in the heart of Loughborough, educating children from 3 to 18 years, as well as a nursery.
