We are looking for a confident and passionate Genre-Themed Pilates Instructor to join our team in Croydon.

Our Pilates classes are music-led and genre-inspired (think R&B, Reggae, Soul, Afrobeats and similar styles), designed to feel uplifting, inclusive, and effective while still delivering high-quality Pilates training.

The role:

Teach mat-based, genre-themed Pilates classes
Deliver safe, well-structured sessions focused on core strength, mobility, posture, and control
Teach to mixed-ability groups with clear options and modifications
Create a welcoming, positive class environment

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a recognised mat Pilates qualification
Is comfortable teaching Pilates to music / genre-themed playlists
Has a confident, friendly, and engaging teaching style
Is reliable, professional, and punctual
Loves community-focused fitness

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £35.00-£45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week

Work Location: In person
