We are looking for a MAT Pilates instructor to join our Wood Green team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for fitness, excellent teaching skills, and can bring energy, creativity, and personality to every class. You will lead MAT Pilates sessions that are engaging, challenging, and aligned with our music-themed approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality MAT Pilates classes for groups of varying fitness levels.
- Incorporate music and genre themes into your sessions, creating a unique and enjoyable experience for participants.
- Ensure correct technique, safety, and alignment for all students.
- Motivate and inspire class participants to achieve their fitness goals.
- Adapt exercises as needed for participants with different abilities or injuries.
- Represent Purple Soul Club professionally and contribute to a welcoming, positive class environment.
Requirements:
- MAT Pilates certification and relevant teaching experience.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable creating music-themed classes and using playlists to enhance sessions.
- Ability to motivate and engage students in a fun, energetic environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
