Job Title: Corporate Fitness Coach
Location: London, UK
About the role:
The role of a Performance Coach is central to providing our customers with a safe, caring, professional and proactive service, focussed on supporting your clients with expertise and guidance to achieve their desired outcomes.
Your responsibilities:
- Provision of exceptional hospitality & space management of our corporate gym spaces.
- Small group / large group coaching of core programming classes.
- On Shift & Off Shift personal training opportunities for meeting business needs, and accommodating for supply & demand.
- Coordination of projects & events that occur with the client in mind, occurring onsite & offsite.
- Management of the space and equipment, such as cleaning & maintenance duties of our kit.
What you’ll bring:
- CIMSPA Accredited Level 3 Personal Trainer

BSc in Sports Science or similar discipline

MSc in appropriate discipline, UKSCA ASCC / NSCA CSCS accreditation would be beneficial

Minimum of 3-5 years in a fitness & wellbeing environment. Ideally for 2 of those years coming from a corporate wellbeing setting

Salary, Perks & Benefits:
- Salary - £30,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week
