Overview
We’re are a Reformer Pilates studio based in London Fields, and we’re looking for experienced, passionate freelance Reformer Pilates instructors to join our founding teaching team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of pilates studio, helping to build a high-quality, welcoming space and a strong local community.
The Role
- Teach Reformer Pilates to an intimate group class, tailored to diverse client needs and abilities.
- Deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive sessions for mixed-level clients
- Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere where members feel supported, comfortable, and part of a positive studio community
- Uphold the studio’s brand, values, and class standards
- Take responsibility for the studio environment, keeping the space tidy and well organised, and ensuring equipment is set up, used, and cared for safely
- Work collaboratively with the wider studio team
- Freelance / self-employed basis
- Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices
Requirements
- Fully qualified Reformer Pilates instructor (e.g. BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, APPI or equivalent)
- Minimum 6–12 months Reformer teaching experience preferred
- Happy to works evenings and Saturdays
- Confident teaching group Reformer classes
- Passionate about client experience and movement quality
- Holds valid professional indemnity & public liability insurance
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
