Exercise Referral Instructor

Are you passionate about helping others improve their health and wellbeing through safe and effective exercise? Everyone Active is looking for a caring and committed Exercise Referral Instructor to join our team at Fareham Leisure Centre.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct initial consultations with members referred through the GP Exercise Referral Scheme
- Create personalised exercise plans based on each member’s referral and individual health needs
- Complete administrative tasks related to the scheme, including record-keeping and progress tracking
- Deliver engaging and safe exercise classes tailored to the needs of referred customers
- Ensure all equipment is set up and ready for use before each session
- Maintain high standards across the facility in line with company expectations
- Support the centre’s efforts toward achieving and maintaining accreditations such as Quest
What We’re Looking For:
- A recognised qualification in Exercise Referral or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping others lead healthier lives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and commitment to customer wellbeing
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Confidence in handling basic administrative duties and digital systems
