We're on the look out for a Full Time Facilities Manager in our Whitefield Club who will lead a team of Duty Managers and Club Attendants to manage the facility and create a member experience that is enjoyable, hassle free and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:

- Effective recruitment by selecting the right members for the swim team using a combination of competency and values-based criteria
- Support and enable our teams throughout their career journey so they can be the best version of themselves
- Member Experience and Compliance
- Management of the entire facility and associated plant rooms (including pool plant room)
- The designated Health and Safety Officer and ensuring the club is compliant on all Health and Safety requirements
- Working with partners and contractors to guarantee delivery of service level agreements and safe, ways of working
- Management of facility defects and accompanying time to fix
- Be the principal member of the leadership team on days when required to perform Senior Manager On Duty Shifts
- Manage all people and establishment costs to maximise conversion to profit

- First Aid at Work Qualified (desirable)
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualified (desirable)
