A leading Physiotherapy and Pilates clinic in central London is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly, professional team. Our busy clinic combines Physiotherapy, Pilates, Massage Therapy, and Nutrition services, providing holistic care to a loyal client base in the heart of London.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a genuine interest in patient care. You’ll play an essential role in the smooth running of our front desk and clinical operations, ensuring every patient receives a warm welcome and efficient service. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-of-house reception duties: welcoming patients and assisting with enquiries
- Manage phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using our online practice management system
- Process payments and manage billing with insurance companies
- Liaise with physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, massage therapists, and nutritionists to coordinate patient care
- Communicate with GPs and consultants, including uploading and filing reports
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Assist with clinic operations, including opening/closing, stock monitoring, and general organisation
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Medical Administrator or Receptionist
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong IT literacy and confidence learning new systems
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
- Reliable, proactive, and a great team player
Desirable:
- Experience using TM3 (or similar practice management software)
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy or clinical setting
Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday– 8am to 5pm
Salary: £25,500 – £26,500 per annum (pro rata, based on a 40-hour week)
Location: Central London – Victoria
