Job Summary
We're building a small team of dynamic and dedicated instructors for a new boutique studio in South Woodford! We are seeking certified, freelance instructors that would like to work/grow together to build an exciting studio that rewards both teaching quality and community-building. You'll be part of the studio launch and help shape the schedule and class offerings around our clients feedback.
Responsibilities
- Teach effective Reformer Pilates classes for small groups (up to 7)
- Offer modified exercises to cater for all levels and abilities
- Positively represent and promote the studio along with your own unique brand / class style
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain the studio and equipment like they were your own
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Pilates Certification from a recognised organisation
- Strong communication, motivational, and anatomical knowledge
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of various client demographics
- Pre/postnatal Pilates training is a bonus
