Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to join the Sutton contract. In this key role, you will inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional service while encouraging active lifestyles within the community.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus.
- Passion for promoting health, fitness, and community engagement.
