We need an Attractions Assistant who will…
- Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement are maintained throughout the centre, providing customers with an unforgettable pirate themed experience
- Support the varied programme of activities and sessions
- Carry out car park marshalling duties, meet and greet customers, pool band monitoring and Mascot walkabouts
- Conduct front of house duties, gift shop sales, holiday activity sessions, making bookings, taking payments and answering the telephone
- Be able to deliver parties to a high standard and exceed the birthday child’s expectations for their special day
First Aid at Work qualifications are desirable, but training can be provided. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays
