The Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to own and deliver cross-functional projects spanning fitness, gyms, health, sales, marketing, and logistics. This role requires proven project delivery experience alongside the ambition to make a tangible impact in a modern, fast-growth business.
This is not a box-ticking role. It’s a chance to shape and deliver projects that directly influence our international expansion. For the right candidate, the role can evolve into a C-suite leadership position as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple projects across fitness, health, sales, marketing, and logistics, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Liaise with directors and department leads to turn business goals into actionable project plans.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing proactive solutions.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining our entrepreneurial culture.
- Work closely with the gym expansion team to deliver unique fitness concepts internationally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, product launches, and market entry strategies.
- Track performance metrics, reporting back to directors with insights and recommendations.
- Contribute beyond project delivery, supporting strategy and long-term business vision.
About You
- Proven track record in project management, ideally across fitness, health, marketing, or logistics.
- Bonus consideration for experience in social media, marketing teams, or talent management, with additional financial incentives tied to performance in these areas.
- Comfortable in a start-up style environment, adaptable, resilient, and solution-oriented.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Strong communicator who inspires confidence across all levels.
- Collaborative leader with natural authority.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, keen to grow into senior leadership/C-suite.
- Organised and able to juggle multiple projects in a high-speed environment.
