The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. You’ll lead uplifting, challenging, and intelligently designed classes that inspire our clients to move better and feel their best.
You’ll be part of a supportive, motivated team that values connection, quality, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Teach engaging and high quality Reformer Pilates classes to groups and individuals
- Deliver safe, effective, and inclusive workouts for all ability levels
- Build genuine relationships with clients, fostering community and retention
- Support the overall studio experience through professionalism, punctuality, and energy
- Maintain studio standards and equipment between classes
Requirements
- Certified in Reformer Pilates (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous group teaching experience preferred
- A passion for health, wellness, and client experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for mornings, evenings and weekends
