Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training programmes and motivational support. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for assessing clients’ fitness levels, designing personalised workout plans, and providing guidance on proper exercise techniques and nutrition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ fitness levels and establish their goals.
- Develop customised training programmes that cater to individual client needs and preferences.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety during workouts.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Offer nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching to support clients in achieving their health objectives.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to provide the best service possible.
Experience
- Relevant qualifications in personal training or fitness instruction are essential.
- Previous experience in a personal training role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and health-related topics is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops or certifications is encouraged.
