Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day café operations, ensuring service quality, customer experience, and margin improvement.
• Lead new site launches and integration, bringing each site up to network standards quickly.
• Drive the company’s digital and data-driven strategy; explore new markets, products, and business models.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, and other functions to align goals and deliver efficiently.
• Balance efficiency with strong local community relationships—build truly loved “community cafés.”
• Set clear milestones to achieve the 50–80 cafés by 2028 target—and make sure we hit them.
What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on experience in coffee or multi-site F&B operations management.
• Strong financial and operational control skills—able to balance cost and growth.
• Proven track record implementing data-driven strategies in cross-functional settings.
• Commercially sharp, results-oriented, and a true team builder.
• Passionate about coffee, community culture, and outstanding customer experience.
Compensation & Incentives
• Base Salary: £48,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience and capability)
• Performance Bonus: Linked to expansion, operational efficiency, and profitability KPIs
• Equity Options: Annual grant with a value equivalent to 50%–100% of base salary, issued as company options and tied to growth milestones (capped at 100% of base salary in value)
