Application manager
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Application Manager for SATS Group. The role will be responsible for Exerp, our core ERP system supporting membership, sales, and operational processes across SATS and Fresh Fitness. The responsibility might also include other key third-party systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the system’s stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
You will lead the Exerp team, manage system configurations, oversee support processes, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires close collaboration with product teams, IT operations, and stakeholders across the Nordic region.
The role is based in Oslo, requires physical presence in the Oslo office at least 3 days a week , and reports to the Nordic Chief Digital Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Exerp application lifecycle, including configuration, access control, and role management.
- Lead a team responsible for support, maintaining existing features, and implementation of new features.
- Collaborate closely with digital product teams to translate business needs into technical system solutions.
- Collaborate closely with (almost all) other departments in SATS to support daily operations and coordinate pipeline of new developments
- Ensure compliance with audit and security standards, including role-based access and action controls.
- Drive improvements in system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Represent SATS externally towards Exerp
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with ERP systems, ideally Exerp or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of role-based access, system actions, and configuration management.
- Leadership experience or clear ambition to step into a leadership role within a technical team
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and prioritise effectively.
- Fluent in English and ideally at least one Nordic language.
