HOTBOX is more than just a gym - we’re a growing fitness brand built on community, energy and results. We’re on the lookout for a driven, ambitious General Manager to take the lead at HOTBOX Lancaster. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be coaching, building relationships, and shaping the member experience, while also taking ownership of daily operations and growth.
HOTBOX Lancaster is evolving into a Hyrox and Hybrid functional training facility, while still continuing to run CrossFit classes. You don't need CrossFit experience for this role - our experienced CrossFit coaches have that covered. What matters most is that you’re passionate about fitness, community, and helping people reach their goals.
We're looking for someone passionate about Hyrox-style and functional fitness training, who’s confident leading from the front, and excited by the chance to make an impact.
Key Requirements:
- Experience coaching and leading group training sessions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
- Confident, proactive and eager to learn
- Organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
