Key Relationships: Field Operations Teams, Field Leadership Team, Support Center Leaders and Vendors

What You'll Be Doing
The Facilities Supervisor will work together with the Facilities Manager, Work Order Administrators, other lead technicians, and techs to ensure all equipment and maintenance is up to standard to support our teammates and ensure members have the best experience while visiting our clubs.
• Lead a team of vendor partners to ensure all facility repairs and maintenance requests are completed utilizing a work order system to track the progress.
• Provides strategic leadership and oversight to direct reports, fostering professional development and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Actively collaborates on project planning and execution, while driving accountability and excellence in daily work order management.
• Review work order activity daily for accuracy of the request and dispatch to appropriate vendors. Follow up on requests that need more details and make changes as needed.
• Subject Matter expert on landlord related issues to ensure positive and timely resolution.
• Key contact for all insurance claim coordination between club staff, property management, vendor partners and United PF Support Center.
• Review and approve all quotes and invoices for accuracy related to club facilities and building equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain solid working relationships with field leaders to create a partnership to best support the region and quickly resolve club facilities and building equipment issues.
• Manage a group of trade partners to maintain gym facilities for both repairs and predictive maintenance programs and follow-up on all vendor disputes as needed.

• Develop and maintain operating expenses and capital budgets related to facilities and building equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Analyze data for trends on maintenance and repair for the club facilities and building equipment.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring to the Table
• 5 years’ experience in facilities or construction.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• Willing to travel 50% of the time or as needed to support geographical area.
• Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead technicians and partner with field leaders in accordance with the core values of United PF.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and subject to a variety of physical conditions in the club environment.
