Company Description
At House of Fitness (HOF), we’re redefining personal training, health, and wellbeing. Our mission is to deliver world-class coaching in a premium, results-driven environment where every member feels supported, challenged, and excited to show up. We specialise in strength, cardiovascular, and mobility training, blending cutting-edge science with real-world coaching. Our state-of-the-art facilities and strong community focus make HOF a place where you can train smarter, move better, and achieve your fitness goals.
Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Coach to join our team in Old Street (EC1), helping support the Head Coach to deliver sessions, maintain the facility, and manage our member ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have coaching/personal training experience and come with a growth mindset, showing a drive to develop their coaching knowledge, skills, and delivery. As a personal training facility, our engagement with members is high, and you will be required to assist the Head Coach with our trialist and existing members, by providing expert guidance across training, recovery, and nutrition. Other duties include ensuring a safe and supportive training environment, contributing to community engagement and member retention initiatives, as well as participation in the centralised programme developing (if you are keen to get involved).
Is This You?
✅ You love coaching—not just writing programs, but actually coaching in real time.
✅ You’re a team player—we win together, we grow together.
✅ You’re hungry to improve—we invest in our team, but you have to be open to learning.
✅ You’re comfortable with the responsibility — we want someone who is comfortable taking lead in gym tasks and managing our ecosystem, without having to be told.
It’s probably not for you if…
❌ You’d rather correct someone’s hip angle for 20 minutes than keep a session flowing.
❌ You care more about Instagram likes than client results.
❌ You just want a paycheck—this is a team, not a solo act.
❌ You don't have an ownership mentality.
What You Get
🔹 A full-time, salaried role with competitive pay (not just per session).
🔹 Ongoing education & career growth—we invest in our coaches.
🔹 Paid holiday & benefits—because your career should be sustainable, too.
🔹The chance to be part of a fast-growing, industry-leading team where coaching actually matters. *We are also open to part-time arrangements for this role depending on other factors*
