Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to educating clients on the benefits of this practice. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalised instruction, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Educate clients on proper techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness in their practice.
Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different abilities and needs.
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Develop and implement class plans that align with the studio's philosophy and client goals.
Monitor client progress, offering feedback and encouragement to enhance their experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in Pilates instruction.

Experience

Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics to ensure safe practice.
Background in sports coaching or related fields is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
A passion for health, fitness, and wellness is essential.
