The Role:

As General Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of the facility’s day-to-day operations. Your role will be to ensure every guest and member enjoys an unparalleled experience while driving the commercial success of the business. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a luxury setting and understands how to deliver world-class service while achieving strong financial and operational results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of an exceptional, five-star member and guest experience across all touch points.
Oversee daily operations, aligning performance with the highest standards of service and presentation.
Achieve ambitious sales, growth, retention, and revenue targets.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver excellence at every level.
Drive premium marketing, events, and promotional initiatives that elevate the facility’s brand and reputation.
Maintain world-class standards in service, compliance, and safety.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met.

About You:

Experienced in senior or regional management, ideally within high-end facilities, hospitality, health, or leisure.
A proven leader with strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals.
Skilled at building strong, collaborative teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
Polished, professional, and confident with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, with the ability to inspire both teams and members.
Holds a current CPR & First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
Business-related tertiary qualifications are desirable.
