💰 Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 base + excellent performance-based bonus

We’re seeking a bold, driven, and growth-focused leader to take on the role of General Manager at Snap Fitness Tiverton — one of Devon’s most exciting fitness clubs.This is your chance to take full ownership of a thriving club, driving performance across sales, operations, marketing, and member engagement, while leading and inspiring a passionate team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage day-to-day club operations, compliance, and member experience
- Lead local marketing campaigns and grow our social media presence
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team (FOH, instructors, cleaners)
- Build and sustain a strong membership base with excellent retention levels

- Proven fitness industry experience (essential)
- People management background – confident leading and motivating a team
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation & pipeline management
