- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about facilities and activities
- Manage bookings for recreational activities and events
- Organise and supervise recreational programmes and events
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of recreational areas
- Assist in promoting recreational services to increase participation
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
