This role is being offered as a fixed term 12-month contracted position, full-time (37.5hrs per week).

JOB DETAILS
As a Remote Support Tutor/Assessor, your focus will be supporting students through various steps in their learning journey. This role is heavily dependent on technical knowledge; therefore, having experience in the fitness industry is a must (current or within the last 2 years). Candidates must have Level 3 Pilates, with any other qualifications on top of this being desirable. An Assessors qualification is a must, with Teaching and IQA qualifications being advantageous.

Duties
· Your work will predominantly be remote/home based. You will assist with the process of digital marking of portfolios that you are qualified to assess. All assessments should be carried out in line with internal and external verification standards and meet the requirements of the qualification as set by the Awarding Organisation.
· Marking timeframes will be developed and monitored to ensure consistency and efficiency. All KPIs will be discussed and reviewed on a regular basis and will form part of your performance leadership meetings with your line manager.
· Cover Tutor Support sessions through a variety of mediums including social media posts interaction, emails, video calls and phone calls.
· Assist our learners with generic support queries, undertake welcome calls to newly enrolled learners, undertake professional discussions with learners and general queries on system/booking issues.
· You will be required to contribute to the Company’s IQA strategy and be responsible for keeping yourself relevant within the industry through CPD and providing a log of CPD undertaken each year.
General
· Ensure adherence to all Company-wide quality policies, actively supporting the Company’s ethic and quality improvement programmes.
· Monitor the effectiveness for all relevant systems and make recommendations for improvements.
· Achieve individual and departmental KPIs as set by the Company.
· Complete all general admin tasks as required, including salary information relating to additional work completed.
· Report fully, accurately, and promptly to the SS on all aspects of your area of responsibility.
· Advise the SS of any serious or potentially serious problems, especially those that may have an adverse impact on the Company or its public image.
· Work with your colleagues in all departments to help ensure there is a good level of effective communication and mutual support.
