Role: Fitness Coaches
Location: Greenwich
Join the Coaching-Focused Team at BFT Greenwich. We’re on the lookout for a Fitness Coach to join our high-performance team at BFT Greenwich; a studio that prioritises smart, detailed coaching over hype and cheerleading.We deliver science-backed Strength & Conditioning programming, grounded in progressive overload and quality movement. Our coaches don’t just count reps—they correct form, cue effectively, and bring the best out of every member, no matter their level.
Who We're Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualified coach with at least 2 years’ experience
- A sharp eye for movement quality and technical execution
- Someone who values precision coaching over simply “bringing the energy”
- A confident and approachable male coach who fits into a supportive, inclusive community
- Someone who leads by example with a healthy, active lifestyle
What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Personal Training certification (minimum)
- First aid qualification & public liability insurance
- Availability for at least one morning and one evening session weekly (based on the above)
- Commitment to team meetings and ongoing development
Pay & Perks:
- Starting rate: £20/class during a 3-month probation
- Increased to £25/class post-probation
- Team-based commission structure in development for long-term growth
- Ongoing training in BFT systems and performance coaching
- Option for BFT coaching courses to be paid for, for your personal growth
- Earning Potential: If you were to cover all classes, you could earn £950 per week (based on 38 classes at £25 each) + closing every day, the set-up/pack-down pay would add an extra £52.50 per week, bringing the total to £2,005 every 2 weeks.
