We’re looking for a Member Success Manager to lead a team focused on growing and engaging members. This role is about creating a great member experience—helping new members join with ease, feel supported, and stay engaged. We're open every day of the week and are looking for someone who’s flexible and available to work across all days.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team
- Ensure new members feel welcomed and confident from day one
- Drive engagement and visitation through tailored support and services
- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the member experience
- Achieve club targets for new joiners and engagement

- Experience in team management and customer engagement

Benefits:
- Salary up to £31,000 + quarterly bonus
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + 1 additional day per year after 2 calendar years of service (up to 5 extra days)
